Albert Quintin Bennett

Albert Quinten Bennett, 82, of Snellville, Georgia, a former resident of Searcy, Arkansas, died Friday, September 24, 2010. He was born May 4, 1928 in New York City, New York to the late Dominic and Millie Rusciano Castaldo. Mr. Bennett was of the Roman Catholic Faith. In his younger years, he was a professional boxer in New York City, and then came to Arkansas and was a homebuilder and general contractor. He was also an avid volunteer at White County Medical Center Gift Shop.
His wife, Rosa Bennett, precedes him in death.
Survivors include two sons, Albert Castaldo Jr. of Jacksonville, Florida and Eddie Castaldo of Indianapolis, Indiana; one daughter, Laura Robertson of Snellville, Georgia; Two brothers, Bill Castaldo of Connecticut and George Castaldo of New York; Nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and a very special friend, Virginia Hindman of Searcy.

Visitation will be held 3 until 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Searcy-McEuen Chapel. A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 30, in the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Woodland Memorial Park in Fairfield Bay under the directions of Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Parkinson's foundation.
