Alfred Lavon Sullivan, 63, of Searcy, passed away Thursday, October 30, 2014 at White County Medical Center. He was born May 11, 1951 to Eldon Sullivan and Willie Wooten Sullivan in Moro, Arkansas.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather and was loved by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Linda Sullivan; two sons, Mark Lavon Sullivan of Camden and Robert Timothy Hay of McCrory; his mother, Willie Wooten Sullivan; one brother, Carl Sullivan; five grandchildren, Eric Sullivan, Brooke Sullivan, Amber Beal, Ashley Hay, and Amanda Hay; and 3 great grandchildren, Aaron Beal, Kristina Beal and Ryker Chandler.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death, by one brother, Melvin Sullivan.
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 2, 2014, at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.
All arrangements have been entrusted to Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
