Alma Alline Johnston

Alma Alline Johnston, 92, of Bald Knob, Arkansas passed away Thursday, December 14, 2023.  She was born in Bald Knob on June 15, 1931 to the late Robert Lee Farnsworth and Beulah Melton Farnsworth.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Lynn Kyles Johnston; sisters, Maxine Holder of Tennessee, Pauline Higgins and Mary Fields both of Bald Knob, Arkansas, and Doris Farnsworth of Benton, Arkansas; brothers, Lowell Lee Farnsworth and Norman Farnsworth both of Bald Knob, Arkansas.

She is survived by her son, John R. Johnston and wife, Elizabeth of Bald Knob, Arkansas; grandson, Craig W. Johnston and Amanda; step-grandson, Donnie R. Tempel; great-grandchildren, Chase W. Johnston and Erik Hodges of Chickasha, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Unity Hospital for all their care and support for Alline when it was needed most.

Visitation will be held at Searcy McEuen Funeral Home on Monday, December 18, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.  A funeral service will be held at Searcy McEuen Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. followed by interment at Shady Grove Cemetery in Bald Knob, Arkansas.  www.searcymceuenfuneralhome.com
