Barbara Lee Duncan

Barbara Lee Duncan (Cook), 84, passed peacefully on Monday, January 30, 2023.  She was born on July 14, 1938, in Gainesville, Missouri to the late James and Aluba Cook.

Barbara enjoyed hobbies such as listening to bluegrass music, word searches, and cooking her meals in an iron skillet.  She loved spending time with her great-grandbabies and great-grandbaby dogs.  Barbara will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish her memory is one special daughter; Jeanine Castleberry (Donald), two brothers; Utah Cook (Iris) and Dee Cook (Sherry), one sister; Mildred White (Howard), three grandchildren; Troy Duncan (Kelly), Ross Castleberry, Brandy Cook (Jared), eight great-grandchildren; Madison Duncan, Emily Duncan, Joseph Castleberry, Zoey Castleberry, Madison Castleberry, Brayden Cook, Abby Burley, AJ Learner.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of thirty-eight years; James Edward Duncan, one brother; Ray Cook.

Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 PM, Friday, February 3^rd at Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.

Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 3^rd at Searcy McEuen with burial at Kensett Cemetery.

All Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.
