Barbara Pauline Roberts

Barbara “Polly Boatman” Roberts, 95, of Searcy passed away Sunday, July 9th. She was born January 10, 1922, in Des Arc, Arkansas to the late Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Boatman.

Polly was a member of the Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Searcy. She loved her church and all her church family. Polly retired from the International Shoe Factory after 30 years of service. She was a loving wife, sister, aunt, and friend who will be dearly missed.

Left to cherish her memory is her two sisters, Nella R. Pich (Albert) of Hazen and Eloise Holmes of Tacoma, Washington; one nephew, Tommy (Joy) Phifer; several great nieces and nephews; and several great-great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Polly was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Roberts; one sister, one niece and one nephew.
