Beverly Lynn Scissell

Beverly Lynn Scissell, 50, of Searcy, passed from this life May 26, 2012 at her residence. She was born August 23, 1961 in Osceola, Arkansas to Glenn McClain and Nadine Hammock.

Beverly was a loving wife, great cook, enjoyed music, and will always be remembered for the care she gave to others.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bob and Susie Hammock; and Mother in Law, Wanda Scissell.

She is survived by her loving husband, Mitchell Scissell; daughter, Sydney Scissell; mother, Nadine Hammock McClain; father, Glenn McClain and step mother, Syble Daniel; sisters, Sheila Griffin and Tammy McClain; step brother, Patrick Daniel; nephews, Chad McClain and Cory Griffin; niece, Jordan Vaughn; father in law, Burley E. Scissell; sisters in law, Phyllis Lloyd, Leeza & Roger Phillips, and Patty & Jerry Smith; brother in law, Glenn & Betty Scissell; as well as several other nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. May 29, 2012 in the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home Chapel with visitation beginning at NOON prior to the service. Burial will follow at Gum Springs Cemetery.
