Billy Carter

Billy Gene Carter, 83, of Rose Bud, passed away Thursday, February 8, 2024. He was born February 7, 1941, in Rose Bud to the late Hershel and Julia Tennessee "Tennie” (Bomar) Carter. Billy attended the South Crossroads Church and was an industrial electrician. He loved life and living on the farm. He enjoyed spending time tending to his cows and horses. 

He is survived by his sons, Don Carter and wife Sherry, Tony Carter, and Alex Eudy and wife Tiffany; grandchildren, Elisha Carter, Ryan Osborne (Emily), Marysa Carter, Landon Carter, Jordan and William Eudy; as well as many nieces and nephews. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, his grandson, Casey Carter and 6 sisters and 2 brothers. 

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 13, 2024, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the South Crossroads Church in Rose Bud with services to follow at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in the Sidon Cemetery.
