Billy Wayne Ham, 71, of Searcy passed away Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Unity Health. He was born February 2, 1944 in Searcy, Arkansas to the late Winfred and Erma Gean (Lesley) Ham.
Billy was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. He was a member of the Republican Party, the White County Tea Party, and the Son of Confederacy Camp. Billy worked at the Lightle House and delivered meals on wheels. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend who will be dearly missed.
Billy is survived by his wife of 51 years, Ellon Ham of Searcy; two sons, Michael E. Ham (Allison) of Springdale, Arkansas and Eddie D. Ham (Becky) of Marion, Arkansas; one daughter, Paula R. Hart of Searcy; two brothers, Howard Ham (Virginia) of Reedley, California, and Ernest Ham of Escondido, California; two sisters, Hazel Ham Riley (Jerry) of Searcy, and Glenda Crawford of Higginson, Arkansas; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Winfred and Erma Gean (Lesley) Ham.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 27th at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 28th at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home with burial following at New Hart Cemetery.
