Billy Joe Hodshire

Billy Joe Hodshire, 52, of Pangburn, passed away March 13, at his residence. Born in Benton, Ark April 2, 1959; he is the son of Robert J Hodshire and Mary E (McDougal) Hodshire. Mr. Hodshire was an avid hunter and fisherman, a lover of the great outdoors. He was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, two brothers, six uncles, and one aunt.

He is survived by his wife, Delilah Hodshire of Pangburn, son Robert Rhodes of Lonoke, step-daughter Shayla Elrod of Little Rock, brothers Jackson F Hodshire of Vilonia and Robert E Hodshire of Texas, sister Peggy Elliott of Romance, eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Friday March 16, 2012 at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home

Funeral Service will be held Saturday March 17, 2012 at New Bethel Baptist Church near Floral Ark at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at Union Grove Cemetery in Pleasant Plains, Ark.
