Billy Don Wolford

Billy Don Wolford, 61, of Bald Knob, passed from this life February 6, 2013. He was born March 7, 1951 in Searcy to the late Billy and Vernadean Martin Wolford.

Mr. Wolford was a family man, and cherished his time with family, especially his grandchildren. He loved reading the Bible and being outdoors. He also had a special buddy "Minnie" his wiener dog, he loved very much.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Linda Huggins.

He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Betty Brahic Wolford; one son, Bo Wolford and wife Rachel of Judsonia; three daughters, Bristy Churchwell and husband Billy of Searcy, Rachel Standridge and husband Dooley of Bauxite, and LaDawn Weathers of Judsonia; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Billy Wayne Wolford and wife Rita of Velvet Ridge and Billy Lynn Wolford and wife Ruby of Bald Knob; and one sister, Francis Templeton and husband Larry of Joy.

The family will receive relatives and friends 6-8 p.m. Friday, February 8 at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home. A funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday also in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at a later date in Shady Grove Cemetery.
