Cora Dell Stokes

Cora Dell Stokes, 79, of Kensett died December 18, 2011 at her residence. She was born October 27, 1932, in Hiram, AR to the late Burl and Mae Scott Woodam.

She was the member of Kensett Church of Christ, she was a loving mother and grandmother and loved by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband; Almond Stokes, and five brothers; Floyd, Loyd, Lonnie, Elvin, Leon Woodam.

She is survived by three daughters; Brenda Gentry, Diane Robertson, and Kathy Sumler all of Kensett, and eight grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held Tuesday December 20 from 6-8 PM at the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Kensett Church of Christ.

Interment will follow in Kensett Cemetery under the direction of Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
