Dakota Neal Smithey

Dakota Neal Smithey “Tink Tink”, 23, left this world to be with his savior June 20, 2017.  He was born October 20, 1993 in Searcy, Arkansas.

He was a graduate of ACTI and a painter by trade.  He loved the outdoors, riding four wheelers with his big brother, jumping off bluffs with his little brother.  Dakota also enjoyed hunting and fishing with his dad, and skating with his cousin Britt.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Dakota is survived by one son; Conner Ray (Smithey), grandparents; Buddy and Thurley Smithey, his nanny; Regena Nantze, one uncle; Mark Smithey (Anita), three aunts; Laura Ray, Phyllis Harman, Ashley Barger, his father; Carl Wayne Smithey, mother; Dawanna Smithey Heidelberger (Tim), two brothers; Mitch Smithey (Mary) and Trevor Rayburn, one adopted sister; Jordan Hegarty, one step brother; Hunter Heidelberger, and numerous other family and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 6:00pm Friday, June 30th at Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.

All Cremation services have been entrusted to Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
