Dorothy Jean Payne

Dorothy Jean Payne 83, of Beebe, AR. passed away Monday, February 16, 2009. She was born March 27, 1925 to the late John Marsh and Carrie (Williams) Marsh in Lomax, ILL. Dorothy was an elementary school teacher for several years and she was an ordained Assembly of God Minister. She was a charter member of the Vilonia First Assembly of God Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bobby Payne; one daughter, Patricia Marrujo.
She is survived by her children, Samuel Dean (Barbara) Hanke of Floyd; Timothy Wayne (Brenda) Hanke of Benton and Rachel (Bobby) Herndon of Floyd. One sister, Betty Farmer of Coolidge, AZ; Eight grandchildren, Rebecca, Gary, Yvonne, John, Amelia, Jadie, Bobby Jr. and Jesse; eleven great-grandchildren; also a host of friends and extended family friends who will miss her dearly.
