Elsie K. Welch

Elsie Keton Lynn Welch, 87, passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2007. She was born October 8, 1920 to the late Minnie and Bert Keton of Swifton, Arkansas. She was a member of College Church of Christ and the Associated Women of Harding University.
She is preceded in death by her husband, W. C. "Spud" Welch and one brother Buster Keton.
She is survived by her children, Mary Cox and Jimmy Lynn both of Searcy, brothers Fred and (Noraine) Keton of Swifton, Willis and (Margaret) Keton of Virginia Beach, Virginia, one sister Marie Gardner of Memphis, Tennessee, 4 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 5 great- great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 PM Friday at Searcy McEuen Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Saturday in the Chapel with burial following at Arnold Cemetery in Swifton. Arrangements by Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
