Elvis Doyle Parsons

Elvis Doyle Parsons Sr. passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2007. He was born to Joe and Ada Waggle Parsons. He owned and operated Parsons Wholesale Florist. He was of the Pentecostal faith at the time of his death.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Chambers Parsons; two infant sisters, Wilma and Judy Parsons; and brother, Ernest Wilbur Parsons.
He is survived by his Mother, Ada Claudine Parsons, two sons Elvis Doyle Parsons Jr. and Chad Lesley Parsons both of Searcy, brothers, Odas Edwards Parsons (Robin) of Benton; Paul Dean Parsons (Carol), Danny Parsons (Debbie) both of Searcy, James David Parsons (Becky) of Griffithville, Eddie Lynn Parsons (Terri) of Florida; sisters, Dorothy Irene Hendrix (Johnny) of McRae, Ruby Faye Burns (Bobby) of Beebe, JoAnn Kidd (Sidney), Patsy Dean Zachary (Jimmy), Sandra Snelson (Dale) all of Higginson, Metza Louise Edwards (Gary) of Greers Ferry; two Grand Daughters, Cynthia and Abigail Jade Parsons and many friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday January 2, 2008, 5:00-8:00 PM at the Searcy-McEuen Chapel. Funeral services will be at the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home, Thursday, January 3, 2008, at 2:00 PM. Interment will be at Ellis Chapel near Higginson. Services entrusted to Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
