Fred Don Cobb

Fred Don Cobb, 79, of Searcy passed away Friday, January 22nd at St. Vincent’s Infirmary in Little Rock. He was born June 9, 1941 in Searcy, Arkansas to the late Carthel and Virginia (Weeks) Cobb.

Fred lived in several states during his career in the specialized coating industry however in 2006 Fred retired and moved back home to Searcy where he cared for his parents until their passing.

Left to cherish Fred’s memory is his children, Lisa Neeley (Greg) of Irvington, Alabama; and Brian Cobb (Amy) Vermillion, Ohio; three grandchildren, Joshua Neeley of Searcy, Emily and Nicole Cobb of Vermillion, Ohio; one sister, Linda Butler (James) of Searcy; and one nephew, James Butler (Amy).

In addition to his parents, Fred is preceded in death by one nephew, William Butler.

Graveside services will start at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 26th at Faith Cemetery in Searcy.

All funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.
