Fred L. Owen, 60 of Judsonia, died Friday, August 25, 2006. Born September 18, 1945 in Dixon, Ill. He was the son of the late James and Bessie King Owen. He was a brick layer by trade and is survived by his wife Faye Owen of Judsonia; three daughters, Jennie Jackson of Heber Springs; Lisa Dease of Batesville; Tina Jackson of Fayetteville; two brothers, Carlos Owen of Plymouth, Mass.; Rick Owen of Batesville; eight grandchildren.
