He is survived by both parents; one son, Scott Phillips of Bald Knob; three daughters, Melissa Phillips of Bald Knob; Alisha Phillips and finance' James Johnson of Marshall, MO; Samantha Phillips of St. Louis, MO; one brother, John Phillips (Kathy) of Griffithville; two sisters, Marie Weir and husband Danny of Searcy; Bobby Harris of Bald Knob; several uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
