George Dale Ivie

Mr. George Dale Ivie, 78, of Searcy, AR departed this life Sunday, September 29th at Mabelvale, AR.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Patsy Mears Ivie, his parents; George and Leon Ivie, and nephew; Jody Franklin Evans.

Dale is survived by a son; Chris Ivie (Kay) of Mabelvale, AR, his daughter; Tami Richards (Michael) of Searcy, AR, one grandson; Cameron Ivie of Alexander, AR, two step-grandsons; Jack and Bruce Stewart, one brother; Ronnie Ivie (Judy) of Heber Springs, AR, one sister; Louise Koller (Robert) of Portageville, MO, several nieces and nephews, special cousin; Jimmy Ivie (Loria) of Newport, AR.

Dale was a member of the Griffithville United Methodist Church and a retired plumber.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 1st from 6:00 till 8:00 PM in the Searcy McEuen Chapel.

Graveside service will be on Wednesday, October 2nd at 10:00 AM at Carter Cemetery located in Russell, Arkansas.
