Geraldine Watkins

Geraldine Watkins, 79, of McRae passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at the Beebe Retirement Center. She was born in Blytheville, Arkansas to the late Jud Hamilton and Dora Mae DeVall.

Mrs. Watkins was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and loved by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents Mrs. Watkins is preceded in death by her husband, James Loyd Watkins; one daughter, Louise Kay Watkins and one brother Fred Hamilton.

She is survived by four sons; David Watkins (Nora) of McRae, Arkansas, James Allen Watkins (Sandra) of Rosebud, Arkansas, Loyd Dean Watkins (Kellie) of Texas and Johnny Ray Watkins (Kim) of Searcy, Arkansas; one daughter Linda English of Iuka, Mississippi; two brothers Charles Hamilton and R.D. Hamilton both of Bald Knob, Arkansas; extended family; Kitty Auvil

Visiting hours will be held Friday, August 24th from 6-8 PM at the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home with interment following at Providence Cemetery.
