Larry Herman Wilson

March 9, 1946 — September 27, 2009

Larry Herman Wilson, 63, of Bald Knob, Arkansas went to be with the Lord, Sunday, September 27, 2009 in the Little Rock Veterans Hospital. Larry was born in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to the late Jake and Alma E. Wilson. Larry was a veteran of the United States Army where he served in Vietnam. He was a member of Worden Missionary Baptist Church. Larry was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. Larry loved fishing and hunting but most of all he loved his family.

Larry is survived by his loving wife, Janie Wilson of Bald Knob; his children, Larry R. Wilson and his wife Jessie of Bald Knob, Samuel Wilson and his wife Jessica of Searcy, Mary Ann Matthews and her husband, Dustyn of Broken Arrow, OK. And Kathy Slinker and her husband Thomas of Balk Knob. One brother, Bobby Wilson of Maumelle, AR.; Eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild, also many other relatives and a host of friends, all who loved him dearly.

Visitation will be held 6:00 - 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at Bald Knob Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at Temple Baptist Church in Bald Knob.

Interment will follow the service at Fredonia Cemetery.
