Leonard Allen McClasky

Mr. Leonard Allen McClaskey, age 77, entered into rest February 15, 2007 in Searcy, Arkansas. He was born May 4, 1929 to the late Edgar Allen and Deva Mae (Cooksey) McClaskey. He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Amber L. Allen; and one grandson, Wayne B. Cook. He was a member of New Morrow Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Geneva (Pogue) McClaskey; two brothers, Arrie McClaskey of Unionville, MO, Vernon McClaskey of Trenton, MO; one sister, Arlene Humphreys of Trenton, MO; one son, Larry McClaskey; step-children, Gracie Cook and Merlin of Pleasant Hill, MO; Walter "Red" Marlin of Trenton, MO; Brenda Dunbar and Ricky of Stuttgart, AR; Monica Kidd of Searcy, AR; Patrick Allen of Searcy, AR; and numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 24, 2007 at Higginson Assembly of God.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Arkansas Children's Hospital.
