Mary Alice Latch

Mary Alice Daniel Langley Latch, 89, of Peanut Ridge Road McRae residing at Beebe Retirement Center, passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at White County Medical Center. She was born December 12, 1924 in Aubrey, Texas to the late Fred and Velma Starr Daniel. She was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and retired as a Social Worker from Leisure Lodge Nursing Home.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Press Gene Langley and her second husband, Adrian Latch; three grandsons, Dalton Langley, Steven Rice and Richard (Richie) Rice; two brothers, Billy and Richard Daniel of Denton County, Texas; one sister, Wilma Wilson of Denton County, Texas.

She is survived by two sons, Johnny Langley (JoAnn), and Jerry Langley (Jeanie) both of McRae, Arkansas; four daughters, Joan Bingham (Walter) of Heber Springs, Arkansas, Wanda Rice-Lubker of Bald Knob, Arkansas, Alice Watson of Romance, Arkansas, and Mary Annette Roberts-Puckett (Jack) of Searcy, Arkansas; two step daughters, Nancy Tobin of Desert Hot Springs, California, and Tracee Latch of Cabot, Arkansas; one stepson, Randy Latch of Springfield, Missouri; eleven grandchildren, and seventeen great grandchildren; one brother, Bryan Daniel of Van, Texas; one sister, Anna Daniel of Manitou Springs, Colorado; sister in-law, Jo Daniel of Aubrey, Texas; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home. Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 13, 2014 in the funeral home chapel with interment following at Oaklawn Cemetery.
