Noraetta Hannah, 71, of Searcy, passed from this life March 5, 2012. She was born October 15, 1940 in Craighead County, Arkansas to the late Grover and Mary Turnage Niswonger.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, David Lee and William Edward Niswonger; two sisters, Gladys Louis and Francis Lois Niswonger; as well as Ronald Hannah.
She was a member of First Assembly of God in Searcy, and was a faithful servant of her Lord and Savior.
Survivors include two daughters, Nora Ann Dubree and husband James, and Rachel R. Hannah both of Searcy; three brothers, Johnnie Niswonger and wife Judy of Corning, Thomas Niswonger and wife Glenda of Vendor, Jerry Niswonger and wife Debra of Jonesboro; four sisters, Anna Mae Turner and husband Baxter of Paragould, Lula Schlueter of Sullivan, Missouri, Judy Beaty and husband Randy of Conway, and Rebecca Thrift and husband David of Cabot; four step grandchildren; twenty-one nieces and nephews; fourty-three great nieces and nephews; and one great-great niece.
Visiting hours will be held Thursday, March 8 from 6-8 PM at the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 9 at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Vernon Ables officiating. Burial will take place at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Markham Cemetery in Egypt, Arkansas.
