Orville Henry Sutton

Orville Henry "Hank" Sutton, 73 of Searcy, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2009. Orville was born in Griffithville, Arkansas, on August 18, 1936 to the late Henry Logan and Celia Bell (Ring) Sutton. Orville was a deacon and Sunday school teacher at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church in Joy, Arkansas. He was a lifetime member of the NRA, an avid hunter, fisherman and baseball fan. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren.

Orville was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Faye Showalter and Betty Pearce Wheeler.

He is survived by his wife, Ima Gene Sutton of the home, two sons, Matthew Sutton and his wife Alicia and their son Graham, Aaron Sutton and his wife Alexis and their daughter Ameslee all of Searcy, two sisters, Mary Gentry and Ruby Bates both of Searcy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, his church family and a host of friends.

Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M., Friday, November 13, 2009 at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home of Searcy, AR.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 14, 2009 at Mt Hebron Baptist Church in Joy, AR. under the direction of Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Sidon Cemetery in Sidon, Arkansas
