Paul Morris

Roger Morris, 55 of Hickory Flat, Arkansas passed away Thursday, March 26, 2009. Roger was born in Earle, Arkansas on May 25, 1953 to the late Howard Milton Morris, Sr. and his surviving mother Irene (Easley) Morris. Roger was a member of the Walking Horse Association. He was a true cowboy at heart and enjoyed hunting and fishing, and spending time with his grandkids.

Roger was preceded in death by his father, Howard Milton Morris, Sr.; granddaughter, Halee Lynn Morris.

Roger is survived by his mother, Irene (Easley) Morris; his living partner, Patsy Odom of Hickory Flat, AR.; two sons, Don Paul Morris and his wife Kristy Lynn of Thorsby, AL. and Roger Dale Morris of Augusta, AR.; one daughter, Kayla Renae Morris of Augusta, AR.; his brothers, Howard (Sheila) Morris, Jr. and Gary (Alesia) Morris both of Augusta, Wayne (Cheryl) Morris of Conway, AR., Danny (Sherry) Morris of Searcy, AR. and Brian (Rosie) Morris of Bald Knob, AR.; his sisters, Helen Holloway of Searcy, AR., Betty Riden of Hughes, AR. and Peggy Duncan of Kingsport, TN.; one uncle, Charles (Norma) Morris of McCrory, AR,; his grandchildren, Zachary Don Morris, Leya Danielle Morris, Echo Lee Morris, also many numerous nephews, nieces other relatives and a host of many friends.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Roger's brothers, Howard, Wayne, Danny, Gary and Brian Morris also his nephews, Larry Holloway and Kevin Morris.
