Reba Jean Voiles

Reba Jean (Moody) Voiles, 62, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, February 11th at Unity Health Medical Center. She was born January 23, 1959 in Searcy, Arkansas to Verlon and Billie Jean Moody.

Reba was a member of Dogwood United Methodist Church where she played piano for nearly 50 years. She also held several farm related jobs and lastly a teachers aide at Griffithville School. Reba started playing piano when she was 8 years old and loved only playing church music for religious services. She loved gardening with her parents and husband. She also loved going hunting with her husband. Reba cherished spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Reba will be dearly missed.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 42 years, Johnny Ray Voiles; two brothers, Jerry Verlon Moody (Frances) of Searcy and Marvin Douglas Moody of North Little Rock; one daughter, Cindy Lynette Harris (Levi) of Beebe; three grandchildren and a host of loving nieces, and nephews.

Reba was preceded in death by her father, Verlon Moody; and her mother, Billie Jean (Jackson) Moody.  

Do to inclement weather Mrs. Voiles services have been postponed until Monday, February 22nd.

Visitation will be Monday, February 22nd from 12:00-2:00 PM at Searcy McEuen Funeral Home with the Funeral starting at 2:00 PM in the Searcy McEuen Chapel.

Officiating will be Kathy Debusk. Active Pallbearers are Brent Moody, Jason Moody, Keith Watkins, Keith Feather, Andrew Clute, and Mark Allen. Honorary Pallbearers are Larry Bowen, Thomas Feather, and Carl Neal.

Burial will be at Dogwood Cemetery in Griffithville.
