Richard John Ramsey

Richard John Ramsey 67 of Pangburn, went to be with his Lord January 26, 2008. He was born August 28, 1940 in Pangburn, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents the late Lawrence and Aileen (Gifford) Ramsey and one son Terry Lynn Ramsey. He was a member of the Pine View Church of Christ and a member of the Masonic Lodge# 483 in Pangburn. He retired from the Pangburn Volunteer Fire department, and was a coach for the summer baseball program. And An Avid Hunter and Fisherman.

He is survived by his wife Linda (Barger) Ramsey of Pangburn, two sons Jerry and his wife Chris Ramsey, Todd and his wife Barbara both of Pangburn. One daughter Debbie and her husband Terry Adams of Pangburn. One brother Raymond Ramsey of Pekin, Indiana and three sisters Marie Green of Pangburn, Betty Owens of Nashville, Illinois and Beverly Korando of Welge, Illinois. Six grandchildren Miranda Landis, Jeremy, Josh, Steven, Nicole and Samantha Ramsey and two great grandchildren Caleb Adams and Ally Ramsey.

Visitation will be at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home Sunday January 27, 2008 from 6-8 PM with service at 2 PM Monday January 28, 2008 at the Pine View Church of Christ in Clay, Arkansas with interment at the Henderson Cemetery in Pangburn, Arkansas.
