Robert A. Martin

Robert "Bob" Martin, 56 of Searcy, Arkansas formally of Rose Bud, went to be with the Lord Monday, May 26, 2008. Bob was born November 20, 1951 in Searcy, AR. to the late R.A. and Molly Lucille (Burkhart) Martin.

Bob is survived by his wife of over thirty-seven years, Mary (Rodgers) Martin; One son, Richie Martin and his wife Jaime of Paragould; One daughter, Becky Helton and her husband Richie of Cabot, AR; Three grandchildren, Lauren Martin, Russ Martin and Hewitt Helton; One sister, Diane Crawford and her husband Gary of Searcy, AR. Also, many extended family members and a host of friends.

Bob was a member of the United States Honor Guard Team at the White House while serving our country in the United States Air Force. Bob was employed for Vickers Corporation for over twenty-five years. One of Bob's greatest passions was refereeing high school basketball games.

Interment will follow in the Mt. Bethel Cemetery in Rose Bud, Arkansas.
