Ronnie Dean Ramsey, of Pangburn was born to Calvin and Mondelphia (Evans) Ramsey in Garden City, Michigan, December 11, 1947, and passed from this life Friday, March 24, 2017. Though loved, and will be missed, we are thankful he is no longer suffering from Parkinson’s disease with Lewy Body Dementia that has afflicted his last several years.
Ronnie held many jobs during his life: He was a brick mason, a farmer, an auto mechanic, and for the last 22 years he worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator and Superintendent for Northern Clearing Pipeline. He attended the Church of Christ.
Left to cherish Ronnie’s memory is his six daughters, Ronda (Linda) Ramsey of Port Orchard, Washington, Tracy (Jim) Watts of Letona, Arkansas, Michelle Ramsey of Harrison, Arkansas, Paulina Ramsey, Rosetta Ramsey, and Haley Ramsey all of Hardy, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Ronnie J. Doyle of Port Orchard, Washington, Shelby (Ty) Davis of Valdosta, Georgia, Nicholas Watts of Letona, Arkansas, and Emmett Ramsey of Hardy, Arkansas; his mother, Mondelphia Ramsey Warren (Noble) of Pangburn, Arkansas; three brothers, Lewis Ramsey (Dianne) of Thida, Arkansas, Tommy Ramsey (Susan) and Kelley Ramsey (Vada) all of Pangburn, Arkansas; one sister, Nola Whitlow (Wallace) of Judsonia; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.
Ronnie was preceded in death by one daughter, Amber Ramsey of Pangburn; his father, Calvin Ramsey of Pangburn; and one sister, Linda Roetzel of Bald Knob.
Visitation for friends and family will begin at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 28th at Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.
Memorial services will start at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 28th at Searcy McEuen Chapel.
