Roy Dale Taylor

Roy Dale "Sam" Taylor, 71 of Garner died Saturday, April 7, 2007. He was born February 21, 1936 in Floyd, Arkansas to the late Luther and Virgie Story Taylor. Sam was a member of the Garner United Methodist Church and the Garner Coon Hunter's Club.

Survivors include his wife, Jane Taylor of Garner; daughter, Lisa Dillon and husband James Turner of Beebe; one brother, Lavern Taylor of Opal; five sisters, Ila Johnson; Evelyn Conway; Rose Ashcraft all of Beebe; Johnnie Rogers of Romance; Bobbie Laures of Virginia Beach; two grandchildren, Taylor Dillon and Colton Dillon both of Beebe; host of friends and loved ones.

Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home. Services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Hill officiating. Interment will follow at Garner Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Lee Allen, Danny Howell, Jimmy Lawson, Tony Jones, Kenny Inman and Brian Pacheco. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Garner Coon Club.
