Steven Lyle Alkire

Steven Lyle Alkire, 61, of Sidon passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family. Steven was born September 25, 1960, in Greenville, Mississippi to Bob and Mary (Mosley) Alkire.

Steven was an avid outdoorsman and particularly enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding four-wheelers. He had a passion for music. Steven loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was known as a man of a thousand words. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 28 years, Talitha Alkire; two daughters, Melia Robinson, and Shelly Alkire; seven grandchildren, Baylee Muniz, Mason Alkire, Lydia Alkire, Marleigh Snow, Celeigh Snow, Trynden Robinson, and Tru Robinson; his father, Bob Alkire, one brother, Robert Alkire (Diane); one niece, Alison Brannon (Josh); one great-nephew, Henley Brannon, and one great-niece, Everly Brannon.

Steven was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Alkire; and one brother, Mark Alkire.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM, Wednesday, July 13th at Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 14^th at Sidon Cemetery with Pastor Jeff Thomas officiating.

All Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.
