Teresa Gale Lewellen

Teresa Gale Lewellen, 45, of Bald Knob, AR died Tuesday, January 31, 2007 after a battle with breast cancer. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Lee Haley.

Survivors include her husband, Johnny Lewellen of Bald Knob; one son, Cameron Evans of Kentucky; brother, Dale Haley of Tenn.; sister, Brenda Bennette of Kentucky; mother, Hilda Haley of Kentucky; father-in-law, Grover Lewellen of Bald Knob; several nieces and nephews.
