Vernon Edward Waire

Vernon Edward Waire, 72, of Searcy passed away Friday, April 08, 2016 at White River Medical Center in Batesville. He was born December 10, 1943 in Step Rock, Arkansas to the late Frank and Pauline (Evans) Waire.

Vernon never met a stranger and was loved by all who knew him. He had a wonderful sense of humor. Vernon loved to get up and go. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend.
Vernon is survived by his wife, Connie (Smith) Waire of Searcy; two sons, Rick Waire and wife, Cristy of Pangburn and Jerry Lee Myers of Judsonia; three daughters, Ronda Waire of Searcy, Angie Ridings of Judsonia; Tonya Elliott and husband, Rick of Searcy; five sisters, Thelma Pate, Mona Brinkley, Carolyn Wortham, Norma Redman, and Thelda Sark.
Twelve grandchildren, Blaine Waire, Nicole Lee, Trent Ruddell, Eric Parish, Shelby King, Tate Ruddell, Lynsey Long, Hunter Bostic, Kindall Myers, Traike Elliott, Lauren Ridings, and Jagger Myers.
As well ten great grandchildren, Kaylie Waire, Wesley Waire, Kynley Ruddell, Carson Waire, Olivia Parish, Peyton Long, Zoey Lee, Kayton Ruddell, Liam Long, Callie King, and a host of family and friends.
In addition to his parents Vernon was preceded in death by two brothers, Dwain and Junior Waire.

Visitation will be from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Sunday, April 10th at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 11th at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home with burial following at Philadelphia Cemetery.
