Wencil "Sue" Clayton Stokes

Wencil "Sue" Clayton Stokes, 86 of Kensett passed away Sunday, March 23, 2014. She was born October 9, 1927 in Wolf Bayou, Arkansas to the late Grover Clayton and Ethel Sagers Clayton.
She is survived by her daughter, Helen DeWitt (JT) of Searcy; one brother, Amos Clayton; three grandchildren, Tammy Barley (Brian), Kevin Forister, and Brandon Stokes (Gina); five great grandchildren, McKenzie Barley, Garrett Barley, Jade Eudy, Branson Stokes, and Karli Stokes.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Stokes; one son, Billy Stokes; three brothers, Cecil Clayton, Ervin Clayton, and JC Clayton; three sisters, Erma Dean Haywood, Louise Hall, and Baby Clayton.

Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, March 25, 2014 from 6-8 PM at the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home with burial following at Foster Chapel Cemetery in Searcy, Arkansas.
