William "Bill" Huffman

William “Bill” Earnest Huffman Jr., 85, of Searcy went to be with the Lord, Saturday, October 29, 2022, at Unity Health Medical Center. Bill was born April 15, 1937, in Memphis, Tennessee.

Bill was such a blessing to his wife and family. You could often find him on the back porch with a good cup of coffee. Bill was a faithful member of Landmark Baptist Church. He loved the Word and being at church was a high priority. His favorite quote was “Reputation is what people think you are, Character is what God and those closest to you know you are.”

Left to cherish Bill’s memory is his wife of 11 and a half years, Dena Huffman; one son, Chantz Puckett (Stefanie) of Conway; two daughters, Christy Huffman of Oklahoma, and Debbie Jones of Searcy; and numerous grandchildren.

Bill was preceded in death by one daughter, Angela Huffman: his parents, and all his siblings.

Visitation will be held from 12:00-2:00 PM, Friday, November 4th at Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, November 4th in the Searcy McEuen Chapel with burial following at Weir Cemetery.
